Default Media: South Park causes outrage for depicting Mohammed

South Park has yet again come under controversy, this time their creators are facing death threats for depicting Mohammed. In the same episodes they also poke fun of Lord Krishna and Buddha.

Has comedy gone too far? Whilst I am a advocate of free speech, it is an insult to depict Mohammed and to poke fun out of religion. I hope this does not escalate further, atheists have a right not to believe but it is totally unacceptable to mock another persons beliefs especially for the sake of viewing figures and very cheap laughs. Where will it end?

Interesting...

Everyone seems to be getting it from the media at the moment...

They dont seem to be bothered about race or religion...

I remember the Lord Ganesh and Laksmi toilet seat that was around a few years ago, very gross and offensive...
